At Hare Krishna Home Made Foods, we take utmost care in preparing and delivering fresh, homemade products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and quality assurance.


1. No Return Policy

  • As our products are homemade and perishable, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
  • This policy is in place to maintain hygiene and food safety standards.

2. Refund & Replacement Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a wrong item
  • The product is spoiled or not fit for consumption at the time of delivery

3. Reporting an Issue

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Please share clear photos or videos of the product as proof
  • Complaints raised after 24 hours may not be eligible for refund or replacement

4. Refund Process

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

5. Replacement Policy

  • If eligible, we will arrange a replacement product at no additional cost
  • Replacement delivery timelines may vary based on location and product availability

6. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect storage or handling by the customer
  • Delay in reporting the issue beyond 24 hours
  • Minor variations in taste, texture, or appearance (as products are handmade)

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
